When I started working with Give A Mask, they already had a logo they were happy with. The issue they faced was they didn't think the look and feel of their brand was resonating with who they were as a company. As a Canadian small business they looked too professional and the fact their product was handmade was getting lost with customers. This focused their visual identity on being playful, and homegrown.
